Baked Salami
  • Preheat oven to 320

  • In a small sauce pan combine 1 cup honey mustard & 1 cup apricot or peach jam

  • Over medium heat stir constantly till bubbling

  • Cut slits into salami (6-8)

  • Brush mixture onto salami

  • Bake for 1-2 hours basting as needed

  • Serve with crackers and mustard

Salami Chips
  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Slice salami as thin as possible

  • Place in a single layer on baking sheet lined with foil

  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the salami is crispy like a chip

Salami & Eggs
  • Cut salami 3.25” to 4” slices

  • Notch on 3 sides

  • Place on heated frying pan

  • Pour beaten eggs into frying pan

  • Flip as needed

  • Cut salami 3.25" to 4” slices

  • Notch on 3 sides

  • Place on heated grill

  • Brush with BBQ sauce
